We are looking for a fit & proper Responsible Officer who is eligible to supervise the Type 9 regulated activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Responsible Officer (Type 9 or other is required) 
• Acquire new clients and maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Participate in portfolio management and to develop new products
• Pro-actively sell and cross-sell products and services of D&R, taking all compliance and local regulation procedures into account
• Attend marketing and networking events to establish new client relationship
• Manage and advise the investment strategy to clients
• Assist to promote the brand and franchise of D&R Group

Requirements:

• Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license in Type 9
• Holder of additional license in Type 1 and 4 will be considered more favorably though not a requirement
• 5+ years of solid experience in investment field and asset management
• Sound knowledge of SFO, SFC codes and relevant regulatory requirements and risk management controls
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
