Requirements:

• F.7 or above, Diploma holder is preferable;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in mortgage and personal loans business, experiences gained in consumer loans industry will be an advantage;
• Detail-minded, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good computer Microsoft Office application skills with fast and accurate typing;
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor the repayment of all active loans;
• Handle early settlement/fully settlement loan cases;
• Issue demand letter and assist to prepare writ and other litigation documents;
• Monitor those accounts with subsequent mortgages and alert the management once the repayment is overdue;
• Notify the borrowers for repayment if there is any overdue interest;
• Renewal of fire insurance for all active loans annually;
• Handling bills (TU, valuation report, fire insurance and legal fee);
• Assist Loans Manager for site visiting;
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
