- F.5 or T.I. graduates (CSD post - Diploma or above in Mech / Elect / Building Services Engg.)
- Resident of Hong Kong & fair in English and Cantonese
- 1 to 2 years Building drafting experience (CSD post - CSD drafting experience)
- Knowledge in MicroStation or AutoCAD
- Knowledge in PC networking an advantage
