Responsibilities and Duties

• Handle site daily safety matters
• Ensure and manage subcontractors for safety performance
• Site inspection and accident investigation
• Identify hazard, risk assessments and tool box talks

 Qualifications

• Certificate holder of RSO for more than 5 years is a must
• Certificate holder of First Aid
• Higher Diploma in OHS or Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in Alteration and Additional Works site safety and prestigious building renovation projects.
• Experience in Safety Inspection, Risk Assessment and Safety Training
• Knowledge in related safety / environmental regulations and F&IU Ordinances
• With some knowledge of HKBEAM PLUS Mature, independent to lead, initiative, co-operation and positive working attitude
• Interpersonal skills to manage foreman and workers
• Computer knowledge
• Immediate availability is preferred
