• Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division
• Experience in alteration & addition and commercial/ mixed-use work will be of an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good PC skills (CAD, MS Office and Project)
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
