Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the risk management framework (credit, market and operational) including establishing the risk management mechanisms, to identify, assess, monitor, measure and control a broad spectrum of risks
• Establish and communicate the Group’s enterprise risk management objectives and direction as well as integrating risk management with strategy development process
• Establish, communicate and facilitate the use of appropriate enterprise risk management
• Design and implement controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirements
• Work with business units to establish, maintain and continuously improve risk management capabilities
• Develop risk reporting tools for trend analysis and adhoc reporting
• Provide timely and accurate information to the auditors and compliance function as and when required
• Assist the management to determine the best risk management process
• Create key performance indicators for performance and quality measurement purposes

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree holder in financial, business or other related undergraduate degree
• Minimum 5 years risk management experience preferably in banking/finance industry in Hong Kong and Greater China
• Possess extensive experience in financial risk models with competent knowledge of various financial analysis tools / techniques ability to identify risk exposure and formulate mitigations
• Excellent communication and report writing skills, present to management and board
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Highly self-motivated, independent and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
