Responsibilities

• Project management of fitting-out for physical retail bank channels from preliminary design to implementation
• Lead regular Project Meetings, record Minutes and prepare Action Plans
• Liaise and monitor project plan, budget control, work schedules, due diligence, technical and contractual aspects of projects with project stakeholders, vendors and design team.
• Monitor site activities to ensure Quality and Compliance with design specifications and statutory requirements
• Generate various reports and maintain document control for audit trail
  
• Handle all contractual issues, such as tender documents and reports, contract award, site Instructions, work progress assessment, VO claims and payment application processes
• Settlement of final accounts and defects inspections and rectifications with project closeout documentation

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Interior/Architectural Studies, Building Surveying, Project Management, or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years project management experience in all phases of interior fit-out projects for bank branches. Experienced with corporate interiors and retail outlets a plus
• Good competency in communication, leadership and organization skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical ability
• Good spoken and Written in English and Cantonese, Putonghua an advantage
• Proficiency using Microsoft Project, Excel, Word to manage a complete project lifecycle
