To facilitate our rapid expansion, we are currently looking for aspiring individual to join our team as Senior Interior Designer / Interior Designer and unleash his/her creativity.

This role is responsible for managing commercial projects from design concepts, project development, material selections to project delivery phase.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and execute new office design concepts through schematic planning, interior and aesthetic design, detail drawings, material specifications and scheduling

• Design office environments that achieve brand quality standards, meets individual corporate budgets and client requirements

• Manage the production of construction documents by designers and consultants

• Develop detailedand innovative design concept guidelines

• Provide clear and effective design directionsand track changes in a timely manner

• Identify exceptions, propose design solutions and resolve issues

REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree or Diploma holder in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in workplace design, ideally in Asia

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong capabilities to work individually or in a team

• Passionate about Interior Design and delivering the best performance

• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUP, 3ds Max and Photoshop

• Fluent in English, with Cantonese highly preferred

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Interior Designer
