Job Purpose

To work with all members of the in-store visual team to implement agreed merchandise changes to the windows and in-store highlights in order to create a feeling of excitement and newness for the customer

Key Accountabilities

Implementation (60%)

• Work under the supervision and guidance of the Visual Merchandising Leader/ Manger to ensure that all VM plans are implemented on time providing exceptional presentation of all product
• Assist the Visual Merchandising Leader/Manager implementation of re-merchandising collections, re-dressing and styling programs for mannequin, forms and floor presentation to make it exciting and different for the customer, whilst supporting the strategic direction
• Ensure the high quality of work is consistent and reaches an international standard with a high level of creativity and flair
• Upkeep the maintenance of all visual tools and mannequins/bust form to ensure smooth and timely implementation
• Ensure projects are aligned with the financial budget and that the best costs and negotiations are reached with vendors and suppliers
• Work closely with the Store Managers on establishing and implementing the correct merchandise presentation for each department
• Ensure all the production pops and quality are up to an international standard with the contractor

Communication (40%)

• Communicate on a regular basis with the Visual Merchandising Leader/Manager on all visual actions and requests from store operations
• Work in all stores and with SNO, seeking feedback on current initiatives and VM activities and feedback to the appropriate people
• Assist with visual support on all store and office events and promotions as requested
• Communicate regularly with Visual Merchandising leader/Manager on all visual projects proactively highlighting any issues and concerns
• Communicate with MKT to supporting the event and promotion

 Requirements:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience from the fashion/luxury retail industry
• Degree Holder in visual merchandising, visual arts or related disciplines
• High level of creativity, detailed-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
