Responsibilities:-

• Assist in establishing & implementing production plant ensure smooth operation
• Implementing & developing documentation system including (SOPs)
• Maintaining production equipment and facilities in good conditions
• Review and monitor production plan of materials and control the work duties of production staff
• To handle ad-hoc functions of production as assigned

Requirement:-

• Higher diploma or above in manufacturing engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in food manufacturing and familiar with ISO/HACCP production policies
• Solid experience in operation workflow and people management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available would be an advantage
