Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanic / Electronic / Manufacturing / Quality Engineering or the equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences in trading, buying office or testing laboratory.
• Good knowledge of toys, pet, cosmetic and electronic industry.
• Familiar with retailer’s protocols, such as Walmart, TRU and Target.
• Familiar with international safety standards including ASTM F963, CPSIA, EN 71, REACH, EN62115, 2009/48/EC, ISO 8124, CHPA, etc.
• Knowledge of ICTI Care, GSV, ISO 9001, etc.
• Able to work independently and willing to work under pressure.
• Be a team player.
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Based in HK but some travels to China are required.
• Immediate available is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Review artworks, FEP samples and FEP reports with other departments and suppliers to ensure products complying with updated international safety standards and customers’ requirements.
• Review the data of outside lab reports and check MSDS against CHCC list.
• Prepare technical files according to 2009/48/EEC.
• Handle some ad-hoc quality issues, such as outside lab failures or customer complaints.
