Requirements:

• Provide full range of administrative support including internal and external communications to the Project Department
• Can via email and by phone to response the client's enquiry, follow up the order and general clerk duty
  
• Good command of MS office especially Excel
• Good communication skill of Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, responsible, independent and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Form 5 or above;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
