Job Description
Job Duties:
- Familiarize self with the Hotel product including & not limited to room categories, prevailing room tariff plus set up, facilities & amenities; Food & Beverage outlets, other facilities and their respective locations.
- Perform Front Office related administrative work at back office
- Follow up on tasks of daily trace report
- Handle daily operation at Business Centre.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above
- 1-2 years relevant experience in hotel industry is preferred
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Friendly with courteous manner
- Good command of spoken English, Chineseand Mandarin
