DUTIES

• Conduct all sales activities including sales blitzes, sales calls, site inspections, business development, business trips and other sales related activities
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the potential client database
• Establishes and maintains accurate forecasting procedure
• To formulate sales strategies so as to achieve the set budget
• Aggressive approach to close sales and Experience in local market

 REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Degree / Diploma in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ hotel sales experience
• Good knowledge or market trend, research and market intelligence
• Strong business sense with good leadership and negotiation skills
• Mature with positive thinking and guest oriented
• Well-versed in both written and Spoken English and Mandarin
