職責﹕

• 服務式公寓內負責款待客戶入住/退房，接聽電話，收發信件、協辦活動及增值服務；確保設施及各地方保持整潔；節日佈置；
• 處理一般客戶意見/投訴及文書工作；
• 熟識中、英文電腦操作和文字處理；

入職要求﹕

• 中五畢業或以上學歷，1年以上酒店/服務式公寓/會所/高級物業/有關客戶服務行業工作經驗；
• 專業認真、對客有禮真誠、處事細心、積極主動、有團隊精神；
• 操流利廣東話、普通話及英語，有一定中、英文書寫能力，熟識電腦操作；
• 持有效急救證書可優先考慮;
• 需輪班及輪休工作，不需要通宵，可即時上班者優先;

Responsibility:

• Handle Serviced Apartment guests check-in / check-out greeting in professional manner, receive phone calls, incoming/ outgoing postal with record keeping;
• Organize events and value added services to guests;
• Maintain comfortable environment and facilities in good condition;
• Handle festival decorations;
• Handle general guest complaint and paper works;
• English and Chinese words processing and typing;

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 1 year working experience in hotel/ serviced apartment/clubhouse/property/customer service related industry;
• Professional, customer and team oriented, detail mindset and good problem solving skills;
• Good command of both spoken and written in Cantonese, Mandarin and English;
• Holder of Certificate in First Aid (AFA) is an advantage;
• Shift duty and rotate days off are required (overnight shift is not required), immediately available would be a definite advantage;
