To function as the Head Chef in one of our venues, to ensure operation is focused towards a quality of product and service delivery, to be responsible for formulation and setting up all operational systems, policies and procedures, to create menus and liaise with senior management team to ensure quality, consistency and development of products.
We need people who have experience in Modern Chinese cuisine with top quality establishment for this position to support our operation concept, brand promise and standards.
