Job duties

• Conduct internal and external presentations for individual cases;
• Conduct and collect market intelligence;
• Conduct market research, analyze data and compile various reports;
• Driving store expansion and store renewal;
• Negotiate favorable terms with developers and individual landlords;
• Review and amend Tenancy/Lease Agreements;
• Maintain and develop strong relationship with tenants and agencies;
• Manage all landlord and tenant related matters;
• Manage and control the budget for all property-related costs;
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Property/ Real Estate/ Business Administration/ Hospitality or related disciplines;
• At least five years of relevant working experience in F&B industry with good network with developers, landlords & property agencies is preferred;
• Strong sense in numeric and statistics;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office application;
• Chinese wording processing is required;
• Experience in processing tenancy agreements and workflow of lease documents;
• Immediate available is preferred;
