Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and be responsible for establishing systems and network management standard;
• Plan and implement system upgrade / modification to meet project requirements, regulations and policies;
• Be responsible for the OS, Web Server, Database performance tuning, management and capacity planning;
• Provide IT services and operations for internal department and external vendors;
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the requirement of information security policies, intranet / internet network, system and servers' stability and availability are fully met;
• Prepare various technical documents, reports and procedure manuals;
• Occasionally provide support after office hour is required

You should have / be:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline with minimum 5 years' relevant experience;
• Holder of MCSE or Certificates in one of these areas - CCNA, CCNP, CCIP, CCIE are preferred;
• Hands-on experiences in network design and security, IT operations security, intrusion management including firewall, intrusion detection software, anti-virus software, VPN, security appliances and host security, and network support is an advantage;
• Experiences in OS (MS Windows Server Administration Linux); web server(s) (Apache, NGINX,IIS); database server(s) (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) maintenance, administration and performance tuning
• Experiences in operating FM-200 complaint data center is an advantage
• Good command of communication skills and interpersonal skills;
• Strong in problem solving skills
