Key Responsibilities:

• Lead various process improvement initiatives and other special projects designed to improve business effectiveness.  Engage appropriate resources across departments to ensure project requirements are met.
• Create project work plans and result action plans. Ensure progress is made in line with project timelines.
• Review business initiatives from an unbiased position and serve as a process subject matter expert as necessary.
• Identify best practices to achieve operation efficiency from both in and out of the industry, be able to apply these ideas and concepts to our organization, develop plans and facilitate implementation of those best practices.
• Provide internal / external customers with insights based on business research and analysis.  Propose and construct data analysis to support decision making and recommendations.
• Define and implement best practices via process re-engineering and the use of technology.

Requirements:

• MBA or Degree Holder in Management, Business Administration, Operations or related field.
• 10 or above years of experience in business process management and improvement, governance, frameworks, project management or value stream mapping.
• Effective interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others, drive new capabilities and bring new ways of thinking into the organization.  Effective communication skills across mid-level management and business area teams.
• Integrity, objectivity and independence, and strong attention to details.  Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Demonstrated competency in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Access, MS Project a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained or certified, Master Black Belt or accredited certification equivalent preferred.
