Excellent opportunities from a listed telecommunication service provider - they are now looking for an experienced Legal Manager to serve as a legal advisor to the business group, partnering with business teams to implement business plans and key strategic growth projects with a focus on commercial contracts. 

Contracting:

• Review, draft, analyze and negotiate a broad range of commercial sales and services agreements, amendments, non-disclosure agreements and related documents
• Review requests for  commercial proposals, requests for bids and other competitive solicitations; assist sales team in preparing responses to such bid requests
• Engage with external counterparties to negotiate contract terms

Legal advice and research:

• Advice and counsel business clients with respect to contract and compliance issues
• Conduct legal research as required to provide guidance on contract compliance and legal/regulatory requirements
• Provide legal support and advice to the management team and reduce legal risk
• Conduct training to sales colleagues as appropriate on contract issues, internal policies and procedures
• Assist in dispute, arbitration resolution; liaise with external counsels in various country

Strategic projects:

• Manage the establishment of new entities (including participating in negotiations with local government authorities, managing filing process etc.)
• Support matters of strategic importance across whole world such as business acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, the establishment of strategic alliances, licensing and protection of key intellectual property assets
