Responsibilities:

• Support & maintain corporate IT infrastructure (systems & network).
• Provide technical support to users.
• Maintain, monitor Microsoft Outlook Messaging / Application Server Administration / Anti-Spam Email Gateway Administration, and coordinate with both Headquarters and local teams on managing the company's shopping portal and back office management system.
• Coordinate with Headquarters to maintain firewall systems to Company’s Network and Anti-Virus Protection Software to users.  Frequent communications with the US Headquarters is required.
• Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and update.  
• Manage and monitor vendors and service providers’ performance, contract management and service availability. 
• Coordinate and work with management and/or end-users for all IT related projects.
• Ensure compliance of IT policies and procedures of Headquarters.
• Perform annual hardware & software health checks and manage IT stock inventory.
• Provide computer training if necessary.
• Any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Requirement:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline.  
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in PC/LAN support on current IT technology platforms.
• Sound experience on troubleshooting PC hardware, software & peripherals is also a pre-requisite.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese. 
• Proactive, responsible, strong problem solving and tasks oriented
• Work on non-working hour occasionally
