Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide 1st tier support to customer;
- Deployment of Cloud computing platforms, such as Google G Suite and Amazon Web Services;
- Product migration and upgrade project support;
- Self-motivated, good and proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Support Engineer.
Requirements:
- Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
- Good knowledge in technologies and protocols such as Email System, DNS, VMware and Active Directory;
- Good communication skill, analytical & problem solving skills, and capable of
preparing technical documentation;

- Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
