Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide remote hand service support to IDC tenants
- Support to internal request, local carriers and vendors
- Prepare monthly operation report to management & customer
- Ensure KPI achievement
- Participate in 7 x 24 on shift duty
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above in technical/computer science related discipline
