The Job

• Working with business development team, and/or the client in determining the best fit solution to our client's needs
• Capture and analyse user requirements, formulate design & documentation of functional specifications, and provide operational/technical recommendations on implementations
• Carry out the research and development work to enhance the continuous evolvement of systems
• Prepare demo/mock-up to elaborate ideas to present user requirements
• Working closely with regional IT development team and software house to manage requirement preparation and system enhancement deployment
• Assist in KEY clients project rollout and on-going support
• Provide internal and external user training through documentation and training sessions (online/on-site)
• Analyses, designs and establishes specs for improvements and expansions with EDI application user interfaces and maps

The Person

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 2-3 year experience or above in product design, implementation, execution of system
• Solid experience in Project Management, good presentation skills in written and spoken English
• Possess the ability to utilize independent thinking and judgement in solving problem, customer-focused problem solver
• Willing to learn new concepts and increase existing abilities
• Have innovative mindset and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
