Job Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, network and other computer services both back Office and Shop Front;
• Perform routine monitoring on system and server back-up, maintenance, recovery, trouble-shooting and regular testing, and coordinate with service vendors on tackling IT issues;
• Responsible for basic network equipment installation and configuration;
• Upkeep documentation of hardware, software and work procedures in a proper manner;
• Assist in managing hardware and software inventories;
• Ad-hoc tasks, onsite duties and non-Office hour telephone supports are required.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Information Technology related disciplines;
• At least 2 years working experience in IT supports, preferably in F&B industry;
• Hands-on experiences in PC Assembly, email system, Linux/ Windows Server, POS, etc;
• Analytically mind with strong problem solving skills, self-motivated, proactive, committed with dynamic personality;
• Can do attitude and collaborative;
• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and time management;
• Good command of both English and Chinese;
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (using standard keyboard);
• Immediately available or with short notice preferred.
