Assistant Manager / Manager - Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Postulate strategies and execute marketing and sales campaigns to meet sales targets
• Lead and manage team members to achieve their personal targets as well as the team target
• Provide sales and product training to team members & distribution channels (internal)
• Assist team members to follow up applications with insurance companies
• Design and prepare presentation materials for internal customers and distribution channels
• Explore sales potential from existing clientele and distribution network

Requirements:

• Min. 5 years’ experience in individual life insurance in the areas of selling or customer services gained in insurance companies, banks, insurance brokers or IFAs;
• Experience in sales administration and management, and knowledge in Sales Activity Management is necessary
• Experience in Employee Benefits and MPF is highly preferred
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3, 4 & 5, other professional qualifications such as FLMI, CFP, SFC licenses will be an added advantage
• Familiar with products from various insurance companies;
• Good network in insurance and wealth management industry is an advantage
• Occasional travel to Mainland China for meetings is required (since our headquarter is located in Shenzhen);
• Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
