Officer / Senior Officer - Life Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing and sales campaigns to meet sales targets
• Provide product training to all sales & distribution channels (internal)
• Make sales and product presentation to internal customers and distribution channels
• Follow up applications with insurance companies
• Provide after sales services to existing individual clients and Employee Benefits clients
• Cross-sell members of our Employee Benefits clients
• Potential customer leads (internal) will be provided for cross-selling and up-selling

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years’ experience in individual life insurance in the areas of selling or customer services gained in insurance companies, banks, insurance brokers or IFAs;
• Experience in Employee Benefits is preferred
• Passes in IIQE Paper 1, 3 & 4; pass in Paper 5 will be an added advantage;
• Familiar with products from various insurance companies;
• Occasional travel to Mainland China for meetings is required (since our headquarter is located in Shenzhen);
• Good customer service, interpersonal and analytical skills;
• A team player but at the same time can work independently;
• With positive attitude and self-motivated;
• Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
• Good command of written and spoken Putonghua, Cantonese and English.
