With ambition to expand growth and reputation out of Hong Kong and South East Asia, they are now hiring a General Manager to develop and manage their distributors and enhance it's products' market share. 

Job Description:

Ÿ  Report to the Chairman of the Group

Ÿ  Drive and direct high quality strategies, business and operational plans to achieve the Company’s goals, objectives and financial results

Ÿ  Drive the performance of the existing operations, including finance and administration, sales and marketing, logistics, etc

Ÿ  Increase consistent market awareness, market competitiveness and market share of the brand

Ÿ  Responsible for operations functions of the Company, develop and implement standard operation procedures, maintain effective communications among different departments

Ÿ  Ensure high employee productivity, cost effective, efficient business process and profitability

Ÿ  Drive and maintain customer services level

Job Requirements:

Ÿ  Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

Ÿ  With at least 10 years of experience at management level in healthcare / medical / device field, business development or equivalent

Ÿ  Knowledge in developing business internationally

Ÿ  Experience in distributors management and development

Ÿ  Strong ability to set clear and measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assess and reward performance

Ÿ  Profound business acumen with strong leadership and project management skills

Ÿ  Creative, high ability in strategic thinking

Ÿ  Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Ÿ  Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese and fluent in Putonghua
