Responsibilities:

• Expand the existing licensing portfolio, source and negotiate with potential new licensees; and liaise with active licensees of both existing and developing markets in order to achieve sales targets
• Work closely with licensees throughout Asia, HK & PRC to ensure their business and marketing strategies are aligned with the brand and company objectives
• Negotiate the business terms for new licensees and renewal of current licensees
• Ensure strong brand presence in the responsible markets
• Knowledgeable in IP protection for counterfeit handling is an advantage

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• At least  3 years working experiences in character licensing business, distribution, marketing, sales or business development; experience in toy & animation industries will be an advantage
• Have sound understanding of Hong Kong and China markets for proper licensing strategies formulation
• Outgoing, strong initiative, self-discipline and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is preferred
• Less experience will be considered as Licensing Officer
