The Management Trainees programme is designed to nurture potential graduates into future leaders through a series of job attachments, on-the-job training and corporate projects with other departments like Sales and Marketing, Merchandising, Procurement, Product Development, Production, QC, HR & Administration to gain knowledge and skills.

On-job-training and direct guidance by Executive Management Team and Department Heads will be provided to our Management Trainees. Their progress will be closely monitored and regularly reviewed by senior management for personal growth and career development.

They will also have opportunities to work with people at management level from different stakeholders such as garment factories, suppliers, customers from different countries and government departments.

Responsibilities

• To build and develop product / industry interest and knowledge
• To rotate and attach to different functional teams according to individual background (Merchandising, Procurement, Product Development, Production, QC, Marketing, HR & Administration, etc.)
• To participate in ad-hoc projects (e.g. marketing, product development, technical, management, etc.)
• To support the continuous improvement on key operation & development processes
• Data analysis

Requirements

• Degree holder in any discipline with less than 3 years working experience (Fresh Graduate, High Diploma, will be considered)
• Keen to learn, systematic and independent
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with analytical mind
• Self-confident, outgoing energetic team player
• Fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Station at Dongguan, Guangdong.   
• 5 days week (Mon- Fri), HK public holiday.
• Medical insurance, MPF, transportation, accommodation and meals are provided.
• Occasionally travel to overseas for project follow up.
