Responsibilities:

• To handle clients’ enquiries and provide professional wedding decoration advices & quotation
• Gather new / successful ideas and prepare trend report, to share competitive insights related to marketing strategies
• Assist Sales & Marketing Manager in various kinds of programs, such as hotel bridal showcases, project pitching with wedding planner, etc to ensure high successful rate in pitching jobs
• To ensure efficiency and high standard performance of the assigned projects
  

• To obtain client's wedding design briefing and budget and to prepare design proposal, status updates, quotation and costing sheet.
• To be responsible for wedding from initial design concept to final on the day delivery to meet our clients’ needs and goal
• To manage all resources, budget and working partners, such as designers, production team & lighting team

Requirements:

• University graduate with 2 years relevant experience
• Fluent in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work under pressure and independently to meet the tight deadlines
• 2 years of relevant experience in wedding, events, PR or marketing related field
• Good command of MS Office with knowledge in graphic and design software is an advantage
• Be a team player with good presentation, interpersonal, organizing and communication skills

• Eager to learn and learn something new to satisfy clients

• Energetic, proactive, passionate and detail-minded
