Responsibilities:

• To handle customer enquiries and follow up with customer cases
• To design and create promotional materials (e.g. eDM) by Photoshop/Illustrator
• To update and manage the product/promotion details on the company website and Facebook
• To expand our customer database
• To analyze business related data for sales & marketing purpose

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in related discipline
• Fresh graduate are welcome
• Familiar with Photoshop or Illustrator is a must
• Mature, proactive, self-motivated, well-organized, responsible and able to work independently
• Good skills in negotiation, communication, presentation and interpersonal relationship
