Job Duties：

• Perform high quality customer services
• Promote company’s services & products to perspective customers in office and Wedding Expo
• Provide after-sales service and maintain a good relationship with the existing customer
• Handle daily tasks which includes customers’ enquiries & complaints, order follow up, administrative works etc.
• Assist in achieving sales targets
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements：

• Cheerful and optimistic character
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, able to solve problem independently and passionate to develop a successful career in wedding industry
• High Diploma or above is preferred 
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Mandarin, Japanese will be an advantage.
• Experience in customer service/administrative works, or wedding industry will be a great advantage
• Willing to work on Saturdays
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will also be considered
• Immediate available is preferred
