Job Description

We are looking for high caliber Exhibition Assistants to work for our upcoming Auctions from 24 May 2018 – 30 May 2018 in the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre.

Job Duties(Duties include but are not limited to the followings):

Meet and greet clients and visitors
Provide on-site support and other ad-hoc duties
Handle customers’ enquiries during the preview and auctions
Work closely with the assigned departments and teammates

Requirements:

Tertiary education or above
Fluent in English, Chinese and Mandarin
Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills
Pleasant, cheerful, self-disciplined and proactive
Responsible and cooperative
Experience in exhibitions / events is preferable
University/College students are welcome to apply

Remarks:

Deadline for application is 16 April 2018.
We offer $60/hour and lunch buffet.
Working hours will be from 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Some departments may vary according to business needs.
Priorities will be given to candidates who are available for the whole exhibition period.
