Under Eugene Group, the Branding Division is responsible for the branding and advertising of its worldwide distributed brands in the Hong Kong and Macau regions.

You will be working closely with sales/ marketing team and brand representatives to execute marketing plan/campaign and all related activities.

Your duties will not be limited to planning marketing activities and executing print/ online campaigns and events.

Responsibilities

•           Responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns/promotions and effective                    content branding strategy
•           Develop marketing materials for online and offline channels, monitor performance                  and results
•           Assist in new brand/ product launching and positioning
•           Plan, initiate and monitor the implementation of marketing and promotion plan                        with operation team and marketing team
•           Project management/ coordination
•           Create and manage content for brand website and social media accounts
•           Hands on the creative process from concept development to concept execution
•           Develop a SWOT analysis to assess the progress of the brands
•           Evaluate brand campaign performances & develop monthly reports to analyze the                  results to the management team

Requirements

•          Degree or above in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, E-commerce,           management or related discipline
•          Minimum of 0-1 year of experience in branding/ marketing
•          Strong interpersonal skills- enjoy working in teams
•          Strong analytical skills
•          Strong communication skills
•          Able to multi task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
•          Highly self-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
•          Highly self-motivated individual who are constantly willing to learn new things
•          Entrepreneurial and a ‘never give up’ spirit
•          A Problem Solver who sees problem as a solution of improving
•          Always prepared and organized, proactive in his/her work
•          Detail-oriented
•          Excellent written skills in Chinese & English
•          Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin & English
•          Proficiency in MS office applications
