Position Responsibilities

• Proposal writing and draft agreement
• Review and strategies with the Sales & Marketing Director on ways to improve sales team operational issues and proactively help in creating solutions that will increase output and effectiveness
• Preparation of all types of internal and external reports by consolidating data provided by other departments
• Prepare sales analysis reports for management review
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned by manager

Education & Experience

• University graduated in Banking & Finance is much preferred
• At least 4  years’ of relevant working experiences in MNC environment
• Experience working in Legal firm or Financial institution would be an advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, good interpersonal skill and can work under pressure
