Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and conduct product and nutrition training activities and prepare training materials for front-line and back-office staff
• Support marketing activities, including article / leaflet write-ups, product development and special events by providing nutrition knowledge, market information and nutrition consultation
• Support Sales Team by delivering health seminars, workshops, product training and nutrition consultation to channels, members, and corporate accounts for brand building and increasing sales channels with defined business strategies
• Assist in Regulatory Affairs by working with internal or external parties to safeguard Company’s compliance to laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Degree holder in recognized nutrition, food science disciplines, Chinese Medicine or Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in Food Supplement industry
• Solid experience in developing and delivering product and selling skills training and FAQ to front-line staff in the food supplement industry
• Knowledge of Chinese Herbs / Medicine is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of HK regulatory system and product registration is a plus
• Proficeincy in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good time management skills, customer-oriented and strong attention to details
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as able to work with people at all levels
• Highly motivated team player who is accountable and can work independently
