Our client, a leading Hong Kong developer has an urgent requirement for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their existing commercial team in China. As the Assistant Quantity Surveyor candidates will work alongside the Senior Quantity Surveyor to carry out quantity surveying duties in conjunction with other team members and provide effective financial and contractual control on all contracts. Candidates should ideally have at least 5 years experience - candidates with some hotel or mixed use development experience in the PRC would be advantageous. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great team to help deliver an exciting high quality China project. The client is renowned in the industry for promoting from within, opportunities for promotion are available to successful candidates. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Putonghua is also preferred. A significant salary and benefits package are also on offer for the right candidate.
