Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with suppliers on artwork packaging, product improvement & provide technical advice; make sure products are compliant with local regulation
• Attend trade fairs to keep up-to-date market trend and source potential suppliers
• Follow up orders with high diligence and accuracy to ensure excellent service level
• Visit factories in China, prepare reports and update the supplier database
• Provide accurate information to Sourcing Manager, International Head office and work closely with merchandise/ logistic teams
• Manage risks, liaise with Inspection companies to organize FRI when needed
• Monitor shipment deliveries with supplier
• Support Logistic and supply team chain to tackle issue if any
• Sample Management: coordinate sample deliver to Head Office when necessary
• Direct report and support Sourcing Manager in daily tasks
• Ad-joc job tasks may be required

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above, with at least 2 years relevant working experience, knowledge in household/ kitchenware/ cookware in trading or buying office will be an advantage
• Initiative, independent, well-organized, responsible and willing to learn
• Strong interpersonal skill, good communication and time management skill with good command of written and spoken English
• Detail-orientated, proactive working attitude
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing skill
• Fresh Graduate will also be considered
  
  
  

We offer 5 day work week, double pay, medical and competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualification. Candidates not stating their expected salary will not be considered.
