Job Requirements:

• University graduate in business related discipline preferable
• 8 years' retail buying experience, with 5 years in brand fashion and accessories
• Ability to supervise and lead a team of 3-5 staff
• Strong analytical skills, well organized and good at figures
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain good relationship with business partners and vendors
• E-commerce experience is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Including Putonghua)
• Excellent computer skills and experience in using ERP system is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and take up challenge
• The position requires occasional travel to PRC and overseas
• Immediate available preferred

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the merchandising matters within designated product categories including sourcing, buying budget, OTB, order planning, pricing and stock replenishment
• Supervise and handle coordination and negotiation with vendors in relation to business terms, setting up stores/counters,orders, delivery,promotion and product knowledge training
• Monitor sales performance and take initiatives to improve sales and reduce slow moving stocks
• Coordinate with internal departments in relation to shipments, promotion programs and merchandise display
• Make contributions to store layout plan and brand/merchandise mix for new retail projects
• Other ad hoc assignments
