Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, implement, track and improve key performance metrics consistent with business objectives
Support function head to develop supply chain framework (e.g. S&OP activities, volume forecasting, etc.) that link customer demand to operations planning/scheduling, to enhance customers satisfaction and shipment reliability
Support function head to develop inventory policies and accountability for tactical and strategic result through effective reporting, monitoring and cross-functional engagement
Identify and implement various tools to support vendor capacity planning by technology as well as the inventory and purchasing function
Perform necessary financial analysis for cost reduction initiatives
Perform ad hoc task/project when required

REQUIREMENT:

Tertiary Education, college or above
5+ years of MNC analysis experience in supply chain, purchasing and project management
Strong analytical skill
High energy, passion for excellence, bias for action
Understanding of applicable computer system, such as Microsoft Office (excel, ppt, visio) and function specific software
Occasional travel in the region is required
Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese is a must
