Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties to the Group
• Prepare annual/interim reports, announcement, circulars, board paper and board minutes and resolutions
• Organize board and shareholders’ meetings and maintain and update statutory records
• Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business, corporate administration or related disciplines and HKICS/ICSA member
• 6-8 years solid hands-on company secretarial experience in listed companies or sizable professional firm
• Sound knowledge in HK listing rules, Companies Ordinance, SFO requirements and other relevant laws and regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua 
• Independent, self-motivated, strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer
