Responsibilities:

(1) To handle full range of company secretarial duties to listed and private companies, including the preparation of documents, announcements, circulars, annual and interim reports;

(2) To maintain and update statutory records;

(3) To assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

-  Degree holder in any disciplines;

-  Associate Member of HKICS or finalist is preferred;

- Well versed with Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance and other relevant ordinancie is preferred;

- 3 years experiences in company secretarial either gained from commercial/professional firms;

-  Attention to details and excellent interpersonal skill;

-  Well-organized and self-motivated team player;

-  Able to work independently, meticulous and under pressure;

-  Excellent communication skills and good command in Cantonese and English;

-  Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing;

-  Immediately available is an advantage

Lesser experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
