Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, including tenancy, licensing and other legal documents;
• Conduct legal searches (e.g. on IPRs to avoid infringement and ascertain graphic designs being properly used on products);
• Assist in maintaining the legal documentation and contracts database;
• Participate in other legal supports; and
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in law or related discipline; 
• At least 3 years of legal firm or in-house relevant experience;
• Strong analytical skills and able to work under pressure;
• Responsible, self-motivated, proactive, detailed-minded, results-driven and well-organized;
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (with Mandarin as advantage);
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and word processing (both Chinese and English); and
• Immediately available is preferred.

• Those with more relevant skills and working experience may be considered for a senior post.
