About the Client
Our client is a very famous and sizeable HK Main Board Listed Company. They are currently looking for a high calibre Legal Counsel to join their medium sized team.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would be:
- degree holder or above in Law discipline
- Hong Kong Qualified
- at least 5 PQE gained from international law firms and/or in-house. Candidates from top local law firms together with good career track record may also be considered
- familiar with General Corporate / Commercial matters, e.g. M&A, HK Lisiting Rules, Companies Ordinance, JV, Contract Drafting and Reviewing etc.
- fluent in verbal and written English as well as Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)
