About the Client

My client is a well-established HK listed company. They are currently looking for a high caliber Paralegal/ Legal Officer to join their Hong Kong team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist legal counsels in reviewing and drafting legal documents and other marketing materials
• Handle translation and proofread of various documents
• Prepare reports and handle office administration work
• Provide clerical support to legal counsels and liaising with other departments
• Perform other ad hoc duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Diploma in legal studies or above with around 2-5 years’ legal experience. Candidates with less experience will be considered as legal clerk
• Hands-on experience in handling commercial contracts, tenancy agreements and marketing materials is definitely an advantage
• Proficiency in written English and Chinese is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office is a must, and good Chinese typing is an advantage
• Meticulous and independent with good interpersonal skills
