Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for end users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
- Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions (including PC operating system, network (LAN & Wi-Fi), Internet network connectivity, email, application software problems.)
- Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users
- Work directly with equipment manufacturers and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
- Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
- Document all resolution activities in the system.
- Install and configure operating system and appropriate software applications.
- Perform end user equipment and connectivity installation, relocations and moves to include voice mail, wiring and communications hardware.
- On-site support, logging customer requests into the system and resolving or escalate to the appropriate support team.
- Monitor and maintain the SLA of the tickets.
- Provide VIP users support in the office.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer or related discipline
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in Helpdesk / Internal Support
- Shift work may be required.
- Fresh graduates are welcome but candidates with relative working experience will consider for a higher position
