Requirements:

- Degree or Diploma holders in Engineer / Maths / BA or Marketing

- Min. 1 years or above 

- Knowledge in telecom support advantages

- Patience to listen and able to identify the call or at least to drop down the issues 

- able to speak fluent English and Mandarin
