Responsibility

• Assist the District Councillor in the discharge of his District Council duties
• Participate in producing responses to constituents and the government 
• Handle cases and complaints 
• Manage daily office operation and documentation 
• Attend reaching-out street sessions

Requirements

• Holder of Post-secondary degree or diploma 
• Ability to speak objectively and without prejudice
• A responsible person

Working Hours

• Normal office hours with adjustment to fit meetings and street sessions
• Not more than 40 hours a week
