A well establish & expanding Electronic Components Distributor looking for a high caliber candidate to fill up the following vacancy.

Requirements

• F.5 full cert.

• Min 2 years of relevant working experience, preferable in electronics components field

• Good responsible, well-organized, efficient, careful ,thoughtful and independent

• Good knowledge of MS office, Outlook, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing is essential

• Good Command written & spoken in Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

• Good Command written in English

• Immediate available preferred

   

  Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and supplier orders

• Issue invoices, delivery notes and purchase orders

• Prepare regular reports of sales & purchases etc.

• Update all information in ERP system from time to time

• Organized and detail-minded. Ability to work fast, independently & proactively

• Continuously keep supervisor informed and up to date on pending/completed work

• Responsible for handling PO from customers and PO processing to Vendor

  Fresh graduate will also be considered
